- Booking window: tours may be booked up to one month in advance
- Group size: from 6 to 20 guests
- The Jaywalk Rye Tour: taste all three expressions of the Jaywalk Rye line — plus a little something extra
- The thank-you: all guests get $10 off any single bottle of whiskey and $5 off any single bottle of gin after the tour
From barrel to bottle
We’re fortunate to have built up an inventory of mature whiskey from which we can choose barrels. Our distilling team tastes through mature barrels aging in rickhouses upstate, compares notes, and decides if a barrel is destined for a Single Barrel, a branded blend, or whether it would benefit from more time aging. On the tour, you taste the result of those decisions.
