Bottled at 92 proof, it moves beyond rye’s familiar spice with honeyed fruit, caramelized tropical notes and a smooth vanilla finish. Equally at home in a cocktail or served neat.

The Story
Horton rye came to New York in the 1600s — its roots trace to the town of Rye itself — and all but vanished; nobody had tasted it in over 150 years. Ten recovered seeds and thirteen years of Finger Lakes farming brought it back. The full resurrection story lives with the Heirloom bottling.
