Jaywalk Bonded Rye Whiskey
Seven years, 100 proof, bonded — settle into your favorite chair.

A testament to enduring patience and perseverance. Aged seven years, this blend of Horton Heirloom and Field Race ryes adheres to the strict rules of the federal Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. Distinguished by substantial age and attentive blending, it is easily enjoyed on its own or in a range of stirred cocktails — at the bar, it anchors the Rye Egg Cream.

Bottled in Bond is the 1897 federal standard that demanded honesty from American whiskey: one distillery, one season, four years minimum in a bonded warehouse, exactly 100 proof. Ours nearly doubles the minimum age and keeps the rules.
