Jaywalk Bonded is a nine-year-old straight rye whiskey created by selecting and blending 5–10 of the finest casks from a single growing season.
Bottled in bond at 100 proof, it is rich and full-bodied, with soft amber honey, ripe peach, dried mango and the gentle spice of pink peppercorn.
Each growing season brings subtle variation, while the character remains unmistakably Jaywalk. Enjoy it neat or in a properly made Old Fashioned.

The Story
Bottled in Bond is the 1897 federal standard that demanded honesty from American whiskey: one distillery, one season, four years minimum in a bonded warehouse, exactly 100 proof. Ours nearly doubles the minimum age and keeps the rules.
