Gin
Dorothy Parker American Gin
Floral, hibiscus-led, and far too clever to taste of pine.

Our anchor. A contemporary American gin built around hibiscus and elderberry, with just enough juniper to remember what it is. Bright and floral up front, properly dry through the finish — the kind of gin that improves a Martini instead of bullying it.

The Story
In an age of restless brilliance, Dorothy Parker was a singular sensation — a New Yorker at heart whose celebrity sprang from sharp, biting humor and widely quoted quips. Regularly seated at the famed Algonquin Round Table, she occupied the city's cultural and intellectual center stage; an iconic enthusiast of gin, no one could have been a more interesting drinking companion. "I like to have a martini," she allowed, "two at the very most." We made a gin worthy of the line.
