- NBA Finals — the Knicks vs the Spurs, Games 5 through (if necessary) 7. The room will not be calm.
- Guided tastings & blending experiences — the distillery side of the house: Empire Rye flights and build-your-own-blend sessions, led by the people who made the whiskey.
- DJ nights and live sets — the sound system justifies itself on weekends.
