This is the one the last fifteen years were for. Doors at 4pm: first pours of Jaywalk Rye twenty feet from the stills, Jane Danger and Jamie Gordon’s opening cocktail list, North Fork chips and Brooklyn Biltong, and the World Cup opener playing on the big screens while the neon warms up.
