Blend Your Own Whiskey

An invitation for all whiskey lovers!

Join New York Distilling Company's Allen Katz for an interactive whiskey-blending session, and discover the inspiration for Jaywalk Rye.

You’ll sample 8 live barrel samples distilled from Horton Rye, the 17th century varietal that is the foundation of Jaywalk, and create a blend of your own preference.

Will you create a whiskey for a cocktail or for sipping neat?! What flavors stand out to you?! Once settled, you will finish your own 200ml blend and bottle it for personal enjoyment.
